2011 Parent Scholarship Application

Parent scholarship applications are now being accepted through September 30 to attend the 8th Annual Wisconsin Transition Conference on February 17-18, 2011 at the Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells. To be eligible for the scholarship you must be the parent of a youth with a disability between the ages of 14-21.
 
The application will ask you to verify the age and disability information of your child(ren). All disability related information will be kept confidential.
 
The scholarship award pays for registration for Thursday, February 17th and Friday, February 18th, 2011. Included in the registration costs are materials and meals provided through the conference. All other expenses including transportation, lodging, and meals on Wednesday before, and Friday after the conference will be the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.

NOTE: Youth scholarships to attend the conference are no longer available.
