Transition Coordinator Networking Meetings
The purpose of these statewide networking meetings is to provide an opportunity
for transition coordinators/designees to network with the other transition
coordinators/designees from districts across the state and share resources,
problem solve around common challenges and receive updates on state level
transition information.
