Transition Coordinator Network
Welcome to the Transition Coordinator Network!
The Transition Coordinator Network (TCN) is made up of district level transition coordinators from across the state. Coordinators meet three times per year to share ideas and strategies for transition planning at the local level. The TCN is supported by the Wisconsin Statewide Transition Initiative (WSTI) and the Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
Our TCN meetings align with the vision and mission of State Superintendent Tony Evers (Every Child a Graduate) and IDEA 2004. They focus on engaging youth and improving employment outcomes for students with disabilities.

October 8th, 2013: Jefferson Street Inn, Wausau
November 13th, 2013: Glacier Canyon Lodge, Wisconsin Dells (evening meeting)
March 4th, 2013: CESA #1, Pewaukee
