Transition Coordinator Network
Welcome to the Transition Coordinator Network!
The Transition Coordinator Network (TCN) is made up of district level transition coordinators from across the state. Coordinators meet three times per year to share ideas and strategies for transition planning at the local level. The TCN is supported by the Transition Improvement Grant (TIG) and the Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
Our TCN meetings align with the vision and mission of State Superintendent Tony Evers (Every Child a Graduate) and IDEA 2004. They focus on engaging youth and improving employment outcomes for students with disabilities.
SAVE THE DATE for TCN meetings in the 2014-15 school year:
October 16th, 2014: Glacier Canyon Lodge, Wisconsin Dells (evening meeting)
Questions regarding the TCN can be directed to:

Video Vignettes—videos complied from a wide variety of sources—are about individuals with disabilities, their families, advocates, teachers, and service providers. Some focus on the history of disabilities, while others demonstrate the implementation of evidence-based practices in educational settings. We believe that college faculty, PD providers, and independent learners alike will find something in this collection to enhance their instruction. In the months ahead, be sure to watch for more announcements and more videos.
